Clean the area where the Hijama cup will be applied. Make sure the skin is dry and free from oils or lotions.

Set the depth of the pins on the pen according to the thickness of the skin and the area being treated.

Gently press the pen against the skin and activate it to make small incisions. The three pins will create tiny cuts that are just deep enough to allow blood to flow during the cupping process.

After making the incisions, place the cup over the area and use a vacuum suction device to create a suction that draws out the blood.

After use, clean the pen and replace or dispose of the lancet tips. Ensure that everything is sanitized to maintain hygiene.
